The Best Buddies Friendship Walk is the leading walk in the country supporting inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (also known as IDD). By joining, you’ll be making the world more welcoming to people with IDD — one friendship, one job, and one life-changing connection at a time.
Sephora’s goal is to engage 1000 employees in 50 walks across the county raising $100,000 for Best Buddies. You may join a team and fundraise, donate, walk and or raise awareness. At the walk, you can expect a day full of music, food, entertainment, and fun – all in the name of inclusion!

Funds raised through the Friendship Walk benefits Best Buddies – the world’s largest organization dedicated to ending the social, physical and economic isolation of the 200 million people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our programs empower the special abilities of people with IDD by helping them form meaningful friendships with their peers, secure successful jobs, live independently, improve public speaking, self-advocacy and communication skills, and feel valued by society.
